As the many loyal fans of Wedginald, star of http://www.cheddarvision.tv/, wait for him to reach final maturity in December, we are pleased to announce that, following the all important 9 month grading that took place in September, you can now view the highlights of the last 9 months by visiting www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHC_34VUGnI
The world’s most famous West Country Farmhouse Cheddar is developing nicely. Cheesemaker Tom Calver, describes it as having "a caramel nose, a sweet twiggy greenness and a creamy good length of flavour.” Mr Calver also called it "lemony, with a certain "spritziness.”
You will notice that Wedginald has been displaying his patriotic colours of late and we must pass on his best wishes to the England rugby team for their all important final against the Springboks this weekend. A rugby ball has been atop Wedginald ever since we beat the Aussies in the quarter finals a couple of weeks ago, and now we’re in the final! More than a coincidence? Come on England!

And don’t forget – nothing beats a chunky West Country Farmhouse Cheddar and chutney sandwich for a half-time snack…
